The material container is either pushed into the main unit or directly loaded.
A negative pressure airflow generated by the exhaust fan draws materials into the processing chamber through an automatically controlled feed valve and pipeline.
The base cylinder lifts, sealing the chamber.
The system initiates the preset program for operation.
Air is drawn by a variable-speed induced draft fan, passing through:
Primary filter to Surface cooler to Moisture separator to Medium-efficiency filter to Heat exchanger to HEPA filter to Air distribution plate.
Filtered air enters the fluidized bed granulation chamber, fluidizing and drying the material.
The heating system adjusts inlet air temperature automatically.
