The material is fed from the hopper into the crushing chamber via screw conveyor, where it is sheared and pulverized by high-speed rotating blades. A negative-pressure fan then transports the crushed material to the cyclone separator and dust removal system. Finally, the processed material is discharged through the rotary airlock valve and conveyed to the next production stage.
The Tvtion Pulse Dust Removal High-efficiency Crushing System consists of the main crushing unit, cyclone separator, bag-type dust collector, induced draft fan, and electrical control system.
The pulse dust removal crusher utilizes a movable toothed disc and fixed sieve ring structure, subjecting the material to impact, shear, and friction during crushing. Simultaneously, the high-speed rotation of the toothed disc generates a strong airflow, expelling both heat and crushed material through the sieve mesh. The final particle size is determined by the sieve aperture size.
Equipped with a single or dual-stage dust filtration system, the machine efficiency recovers material without dust emissions, fully complying with pharmaceuticals cGMP production standards.
