Working Principle 

• Feeding Stage

Material is fed into the grinding chamber via a screw conveyor from the hopper. 

• Grinding Stage

High-speed rotation blades shear and pulverize the material into fine particles. 

• Separation & Collection 

(1)A negative-pressure fan transports the crushed material to the cyclone separator for primary classification. 

(2)Residual fine powder is captured by the pulse-jet dust collector(bag filter system).

• Discharge Stage

Processed material is discharged through a rotary airlock valve(star feeder), ensuring no dust leakage.
