The Tvtion air-classification crusher is used for food gelatin crushing, achieving a fineness of 150mesh with a production capacity of 200kg/hr.

Since food gelatin is sensitive to high temperature, a cooling fan system is integrated to prevent thermal degradation and improve processing efficiency.

The gelatin is ground by the air-classification grinder, the material is transported to storage silo, discharged via a rotary valve and fed into a vibrating sieve, the finished product enters a bagging machine, followed by weighing and metal detection, in additional the oversize particles is discharged from the side outlet and recycled back into the crusher for further grinding.
